DEADLY RESENTMENT?
Parliament Speaker Rebecca Kadaga/Uganda, recently returned from international conference in Canada where she and her government in Uganda were challenged on extreme and deadly pending legislation on anti-LGBT issues.

¨The Associated Press reports that according to Parliament Speaker Rebecca
Kadaga, Uganda's long-pending "Kill The Gays" genocide bill will be passed by the end
of the year. Local clergy have petitioned the government, demanding the bill's
passage as a "Christmas gift to Christians."

For the impetus behind anti-gay activity in Uganda, I believe we need look no further than Henry Orombi's October 9, 2007 Anglican Television interview.
"... they support us, they give us money. Oh they give us money. Since we began to relate with our orthodox brethren they have given us much more money, much more money, oh yeah, much more money. They have given us more money."
Anglican TV deleted this interview from their web page when it attracted what was, from their point of view, undesirable attention, and the transcript, which I made from the video, fails to bring out much of the joy with which Orombi enunciated his hymn to re-asserter baksheesh.
